Privacy Policy

SocialDaysPro is a public calendar of national and international observances. Right now there are no user accounts, no login, and no forms on the site — you can read every free page without creating a profile or handing over any personal details.

• No account data, names, or passwords are collected, because there are no accounts yet.
• We do not ask for your email address to browse the calendar or any day page.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure.
• If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we keep the thread only as long as we need it to answer you.

When we add accounts (for example, so subscribers can save days or connect social platforms for the scheduling tier), this policy will be updated before those features go live to describe exactly what is stored — typically an email address and subscription status — and how you can have it deleted.

The site itself does not set marketing cookies. Third parties we rely on may set their own cookies in your browser:

• Advertising — we use Google AdSense to show ads that help keep the free calendar free. Google and its partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick/Google cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings, and you can review industry-wide opt-out choices for participating vendors.
• Analytics and hosting — our hosting provider and any measurement tool we enable may collect aggregated, non-identifying information such as page views, referral source, device type, and country.
• Payments — subscription payments are completed on Stripe's own checkout pages, which set their own cookies under Stripe's privacy policy. We never see or store your card number.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the free calendar keeps working without them.

• To serve the calendar, the day pages, and any content you have paid for.
• To keep the site fast, available, and protected from abuse.
• To measure which days and months people care about, in aggregate, so we can improve coverage.
• To answer you when you contact us, and — if you subscribe — to manage your subscription and payment relationship.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers beyond the ad-serving cookies described above.

Day pages and articles may link to outside sources (for example, organisers of a national day, or the Stripe checkout for Premium). Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them. Please read their policies before sharing personal information with them.

• Site content and server logs are the only data we hold today; logs are rotated and deleted on a rolling basis.
• We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and keep payment handling with Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor.
• You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion at any time.
• Because paid access runs through Stripe, cancelling your subscription is handled on Stripe's side — see the Terms page for how.

SocialDaysPro is a business tool for social media managers and small businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We will revise this page whenever what we collect changes, and the "last updated" date above will move with it. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
