Terms of Service

SocialDaysPro publishes a calendar of real national and international observances with a short factual breakdown of each day, and sells ready-to-post content and (in future) scheduling tools for social media managers and small businesses. The calendar is informational: an observance being listed is not an endorsement of it, and it is not professional, legal, or religious advice.

• Fixed-date observances recur on the same calendar date each year; variable-date observances (for example the third Monday of January) are computed against the real calendar for the year shown.
• Some observances genuinely move year to year — for example Easter-derived dates and a few international days set by announcement. Those days are labelled so you can see the date varies.
• We work hard to keep the calendar accurate and we correct errors when they are reported, but we cannot guarantee that a third party's observance falls on the date we show. Always confirm anything business-critical before you build a campaign on it.

• Free — $0. The full-year holiday calendar with a one-line breakdown of every day, filterable by month and category.
• Premium — $9 per month. Everything in Free, plus ready-to-post content for every calendar day: hand-picked hashtags, discussion questions, and curated media for high-value days.
• Pro — $19 per month. Everything in Premium, plus scheduling and auto-posting to your social platforms. Pro is not on sale yet; the price shown on the site is an indication of future pricing and no Pro subscription can be purchased today.

Prices are in US dollars and may change in future. If a price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal — never retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on checkout pages operated by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel. We never see or store your full card details.
• Premium is sold as a monthly subscription that you start from your own account: create an account or sign in, then check out with Stripe from the account page. If you paid through an older payment link before creating an account, claim that subscription by email on your account page.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt (or by replying to it), and you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Stripe confirms the cancellation by email.
• Because Premium content is delivered immediately and in full, payments are generally non-refundable. If something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a payment you did not intend, or a service problem — email us and we will review it and put it right, including a refund where that is the fair outcome.
• If you are charged in a currency other than your own, your bank's exchange rate and any foreign transaction fee apply, and those are outside our control.

• Access to paid content is personal to the subscribing business. Do not share login details or checkout links with people outside your organisation.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell, republish or redistribute the calendar data, our copy, or our media as a competing product or dataset.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or to anyone else's subscription.
• We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if a subscription payment fails and is not resolved.

The site — its design, its written breakdowns, its selection and arrangement of observances, its hashtags and discussion questions, and its curated images — belongs to SocialDaysPro and is protected by copyright. Facts themselves (a holiday's date, its name, its public history) are not owned by anyone, and you are free to write about them in your own words.

• Free tier: read, reference and write your own posts about any day's observances.
• Premium subscribers may use the hashtags, discussion questions and curated media as part of their own social media posts, including on commercial accounts, for as long as the subscription is active.
• You may not resell our content, publish it as a calendar or dataset of your own, or present it as your own editorial product.
• The SocialDaysPro name and logo may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without our written permission.

We aim to keep the site available and the calendar complete, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Pages, tiers and features may change as the product develops — including adding features currently described as planned.

The free calendar and every day page are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialDaysPro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any paid subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
